MEET MICHELLE

As an independent guide, my purpose is to provide support for you and your family through coaching and mentoring

When my son was two years old we were told he was likely to have Autism although it was too early to tell.  By the age of four he was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.

We felt very overwhelmed, confused and alone as we navigated the diagnostic process and subsequent treatment options and support services.

Looking back, I wish I’d had access to a coach or mentor who understood what I was going through at the various stages of my son’s development.

It's for that reason, I've set up The Autism Coach to specific provide independent, individual support to parents and carers.

I work with families, schools, community services (including Youth Police and Mental Health Services), organisations and young people to help you get clarity on the key challenges and together formulate a plan that enables you and your young person to thrive.

No matter what stage you’re at in your journey, whether you've just learned that your child has Autism or you've hit a bump in the road and need some fresh advice, I can provide you with the support and practical solutions.

I specialise in complex cases and I am able to support parents and carers with children at all ages.
